It’s holiday baking time, and lots of folks are looking for recipes that are decadent, delicious, and gluten free. Here at YRMC’s Your Healthy Kitchen, I’ve been testing gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipes for weeks, and have two great recipes to share.
The first utilizes a variety of gluten free flours, including white and brown rice, potato and tapioca to create a buttery, crisp Tollhouse cookie that is pretty close to the original. The second is based on a simple blend of almond flour and oats, which results in a cake-like cookie that is satisfying, rich, and even a bit nutritious!
