I was so pleased to cook in this beautiful kitchen today, designed and built by Dorn Homes. In addition to being beautiful this is also an organic home that was built with materials and features that provide a safe and healthy indoor environment for everyone living here. Today we are going to be making a delicious and easy Grilled Ratatouille appetizer made with fresh and local ingredients with the help of Sarah Simmerman, Marketing Director of Dorn Homes, who while helping me cook shared more great information about organic homes.
This grilled ratatouille appetizer would be a great start to a healthy meal and was inspired by all the late summer and early fall vegetables available to us at the Prescott Farmers Market such as: eggplant, bell peppers, onions, zucchini and garlic.
