YRMC’s 75th Anniversary Memory Catcher Project

Welcome to YRMC’s 75th Anniversary Memory Catcher Project.

If you’re here, you have a defining memory or experience to share that in some way involved Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC). What kinds of memories does YRMC want to gather for this project? The birth of a child … a caring nurse or other healthcare provider who you remember from YRMC … how you met your future spouse while working at YRMC … In some memories, YRMC will play a major role and for others the hospital will serve as a backdrop. We want to gather both kinds of memories.

How do you get involved?

Very simply. Give us the highlights of your memory in 200 words (1300 characters) or less in the field below marked “Share Your Memory.” Your writing doesn’t have to be perfect. Just pretend you’re sharing a memory with your best friend. When you’ve completed all of the fields, click “Submit Memory” and you’ll receive an autoreply acknowledging we received your memory. (Always nice to know, right?)

Do you have several memories to submit? That’s great! Just make sure you submit each memory separately.

Please complete all of the fields below:

What happens next?

Our team will review all of the submissions and select up to 75 memories to share during YRMC’s 75th anniversary celebration. If your memory is selected, we’ll contact you to learn more so we can create a Memory Catcher story for YRMC HealthConnect. We’ll ask you if you have any photos for the story that we can scan and return to you. And if you’re comfortable, we may even schedule a short video to record your memory for YRMC HealthConnect. Remember, this is casual and relaxed. We want to hear your memory in your authentic voice.

Please enjoy these selected memories shared by other members of our community
