Back by popular demand: More whole grains recipes!
It’s important to have variety in our diets for many reasons. First, when we enjoy lots of different vegetables, fruits, grains, and even spices, fats and proteins, we benefit from a wide array of fibers, vitamins, minerals and phyto-nutrients. When we vary our meals, we might also reduce our risk of developing food intolerances and allergies. But most of all, preparing a variety of different foods keeps things interesting. Adding whole grains to our meals is an easy, affordable and fun way to change things up.
